Exchanges and Refunds
Did you get the size wrong? No problem! You can exchange your purchase within 14 days from the original purchase date.
Exchanges will be shipped once the original purchase is received and inspected by a crew member.
Shoes must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and have the original packaging and tags intact.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all exchanges.

You may return products for a refund within 14 days from the original purchase date. Refunds on returned products will be sent once the product has been shipped back, received, and inspected.

All Foot Wear refunds will be subject to a $25.00 re-stocking fee.

During the Holiday season we understand gifts are purchased one or two months in advance. The 14 days to return a purchase will begin on Christmas day.
